1. Purpose and Scope of Application
These terms and conditions govern the participation of students in activities organized by Mallorca Play.

2. Registration and Acceptance of Conditions
To participate in activities, registration is mandatory. Registration implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Participation Requirements
Participants must comply with the following conditions:
• Regular attendance at sessions.
• Use of appropriate clothing and/or necessary equipment for the activity.
• Respect for the established rules of coexistence and safety.

4. Payments, Enrollment Fee and Refunds
Each activity has a discounted enrollment fee, which will be paid together with the first monthly participation fee. The discount will only be applied at the beginning of the school year. If a participant withdraws during the school year and wishes to re-enroll in the same or another activity, they must pay the full corresponding enrollment fee (equivalent to one month of the activity they wish to join), without the right to the initial discount. All fees and enrollment payments are considered contributions to the association for participation in sports programs, and are therefore exempt from VAT in accordance with art. 20.Uno.13 of Law 37/1992 on VAT. Participation in the activities implies the status of participating member of Associació Esportiva i de Temps Lliure Mallorca Play, represented by their legal guardian. The enrollment fee and monthly payments vary depending on the activity. Specific price information will be provided during the enrollment process and must be paid within the indicated deadlines.
• Enrollments in activities are for full months.
• The monthly fee will be charged by direct debit.
• No refunds of enrollment or monthly fees will be made except in exceptional cases, such as cancellation of the activity by the organization.
• Non-attendance will not accumulate days nor will single-day refunds be granted.
• Withdrawals must be reported before the 20th day of the month prior to the month in which the withdrawal will take effect. Otherwise, it will be understood that the participant continues in the activity and the next month's fee must be paid.

5. Cancellation or Modification of the Activity
If during the course the number of participants falls below the minimum required, the activity may be suspended or participants may be moved to another group. A price increase may also be proposed to cover this minimum and ensure the continuity of the activity. In case of suspension, the fees paid for the affected month will be refunded.

6. School Calendar and Classes Affected by Holidays or Weather
Activities follow the school calendar. Classes that coincide with a local holiday or non-school day will not be rescheduled. If the activity cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, such as rain, a theoretical class will be given in another area of the school.

7. Rules of Conduct and Responsibility
• We always demand respect towards adults and peers. Violent, disrespectful, racist, or sexist behavior will be considered serious misconduct and may result in temporary or permanent expulsion if repeated, with no right to any refund.
• Bringing mobile phones and/or any type of electronic devices to activities is prohibited. The organization and instructors will not be responsible in case of loss, theft, or damage to such items.
• For the proper functioning of activities, families are asked to be punctual both at drop-off and pick-up. Except in cases of urgent need, please respect the established schedules to avoid affecting the group dynamics and planned activities.

8. Limitation of Liability
Mallorca Play is not responsible for any personal or material damages caused by recklessness or failure to comply with the rules of conduct and the use of the facilities where the activity takes place.
Likewise, it is not responsible for any incident that occurs outside the activity schedule or outside the assigned facilities.

9. Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and other applicable regulations, families are informed that the personal data collected during the registration process will be processed by Mallorca Play for the purpose of managing the participation of the minor in activities. Likewise, by registering for activities, the processing of the minor's personal data is authorized, as well as its transfer to third parties when necessary for the proper development of the activities (insurance, transport, incident management, etc.), in strict compliance with data protection regulations. Rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and opposition may be exercised by contacting Mallorca Play through the channels enabled for this purpose.

10. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Mallorca Play reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registrants in advance

11. Acceptance of Terms
Registration and participation in the activity implies acceptance of all the points described in these Terms and Conditions

12. Consent and Commitment
By registering for activities, I confirm that the information provided is truthful and I accept the terms and conditions stated herein. Likewise, I commit to making the corresponding payments, in accordance with the fees established in the information sheet that has been duly provided to me.
