These terms and conditions regulate the participation of students in the activities organized by Mallorca Play .
2. Registration and Acceptance of Conditions
To participate in the activities, it is mandatory to complete the registration. Registration implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. Payments, Enrollment and Refunds
Each activity has a subsidized enrollment fee, which will be paid together with the first monthly participation fee. The subsidy will only be applied at the beginning of the course. If a participant withdraws during the school year and wishes to re-enroll in the same or another activity, they must pay the full corresponding enrollment fee (equivalent to one month of the activity in which they want to enroll), without the right to the initial subsidy. All fees and enrollment costs are considered contributions to the association for participation in sports programs, and are therefore exempt from VAT according to art. 20.One.13º of Law 37/1992 on VAT. Participation in the activities implies the status of participating member of Associació Esportiva i de Temps Lliure Mallorca Play, represented by their legal guardian. The amount of the enrollment and monthly fees varies according to the activity. Specific information on prices will be provided in the registration process and must be paid within the indicated periods.
5. Cancellation or Modification of the Activity
If during the course the number of participants decreases below the established minimum, the activity could be suspended or the participants could be moved to another group. A price increase could also be proposed to cover said minimum and ensure the continuity of the activity. In case of suspension, the fees paid for the affected month will be refunded.
6. School Calendar and Classes Affected by Holidays or Weather
The activities are governed by the school calendar. Classes that coincide with a local holiday or non-school day will not be recovered. In the event that the activity cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, such as rain, a theoretical class will be taught in another area of the school.

Mallorca Play disclaims all liability derived from personal or material damages caused by imprudence or non-compliance with the rules of behavior and use of facilities where the activity takes place.
Likewise, it is not responsible for any incident that occurs outside the activity hours or outside the assigned facilities.
9. Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and other current regulations, families are informed that the personal data collected during the registration process will be processed by Mallorca Play for the purpose of managing the minor's participation in the activities. Likewise, when registering for the activities, the processing of the minor's personal data is authorized, as well as its transfer to third parties when necessary for the correct development of the activities (insurance, transport, incident management, etc.), in strict compliance with data protection regulations. The rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition may be exercised by contacting Mallorca Play through the channels enabled for this purpose.
10. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Mallorca Play reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any change will be communicated to the registered participants in advance.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Registration and participation in the activity implies the acceptance of all the points described in these Terms and Conditions.
12. Consent and Commitment
By registering for the activities, I confirm that the data provided is true and I accept the terms and conditions set forth herein. Likewise, I commit to making the relevant payments, in accordance with the fees established in the information sheet that has been delivered to me in a timely manner.
The 50€ for the reservation of the place will not be refundable.
If canceled up to 14 days after registration and provided there is at least 1 month left for the activity, in accordance with article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, through which the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is approved, there will be no cancellation fees.
Once the 14 days have passed, if canceled up to 1 month before the start date of the activity, the cancellation fees will be 50% of the advance payment.
If canceled between 1 month and the start date, the activity will not be refundable.
If the activity begins within 30 days from the registration date, it will not be refundable.
In the case of promotions after the purchase, the difference in price that may exist will not be refunded.
Non-attendance at the activity will not accumulate days, nor will refunds be made for single days.
No refund is made for the dining service for non-attendance at the camp on the requested day.
In case of cancellation for medical reasons, it will be necessary to present accredited official documentation; date changes can be made or days can be accumulated for other activities.
Purchase error: In the event that the buyer makes a mistake and purchases a ticket for another event, the buyer will have no right to request a refund. In each step of the purchase process, the name of the event in question is clearly specified. It is important for the buyer to check this data before finishing the purchase process.
Causes attributable to the buyer: In the event that the purchased tickets could not be used due to a cause whose origin is the exclusive responsibility of the customer, there will be no right to a refund of the amount thereof.
Right of withdrawal: The purchase of events made through this website, as it refers to leisure activities and has a specific period for its enjoyment, will not admit changes, refunds or the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, by which the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws is approved.
Limitations of liability: Mallorca Play disclaims all liability derived from personal or material damages caused by imprudence or non-compliance with the rules of behavior and use of facilities where the event takes place.
