Acceptance of rules and responsibility: By enrolling a minor in the camp, the legal guardian agrees to fully comply with the rules, safety measures and organization of Mallorca Play, as well as any additional regulations related to the activity. Failure to comply may result in denial of participation without compensation or refund.
Legal capacity and consent: The person completing the registration declares they have legal authority to act on behalf of the minor and confirms that there is no known opposition from the other parent. By submitting the form, the guardian confirms they have read and accepted these conditions.
Official channels and accuracy: Registrations are only valid through official channels: website mallorcaplay.es or official WhatsApp 34620226961. The guardian guarantees all information provided is accurate and up to date.
Use of electronic means: Users acknowledge they are familiar with digital platforms and accept inherent data security risks. The organization is not responsible for misuse of the platform.
To secure your child’s place, follow these simple steps:
Online form: Complete the registration form at mallorcaplay.es
Confirm your place (important): To secure your child's place, full payment of the registration fee is required for each participant.
You can choose between two payment methods:
Online payment (Recommended - Instant): Log in to your Private Area on our website using your email and password. You can pay directly by credit/debit card or Bizum. There is no need to send us proof of payment, as our system is notified automatically.
Bank transfer:

• SWIFT/BIC: BBVAESMM.
• Account holder: Associació Esportiva i de Temps Lliure Mallorca Play.
• Reference: Student's full name + CAMPUS 26.
Important: As transfers may take a few days, please send proof of payment via WhatsApp.
Confirmation: Within 48 working hours you will receive a confirmation email with full details.
Note: The place is only secured once the €50 deposit is received. This amount is non-refundable.
Mallorca Play is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules.
Right of withdrawal: According to Spanish law, no withdrawal right applies for leisure services with specific dates.
However, Mallorca Play offers the following policy:
Deposit: The €50 booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation terms: More than 1 month before: 50% of advance lost. Less than 1 month or once started: no refund.
Absences & promotions: No refunds or rescheduling. Price differences from later promotions do not apply.
Medical reasons: Date changes allowed with official proof, subject to availability.
